Once we've had a chance to get to know you and understand the business you want to build, our team will put our heads together and develop your custom strategy, including nailing down your customer avatar & messaging, as well as concrete ideas for your Core Offer, Lead Magnet and Entry Offer. We'll then present you with a detailed road map of what your business funnel will look like when fully built. Approximately 1 week

STAGE THREE | Branding
With your big-picture strategy in place, we'll next decide on the essential details of your business--your business name & tagline, your website URL, your business logo, and your brand guide. Approximately 1 week

STAGE FOUR | Building
From there, we'll get busy building your website, including designing an effective home page, setting up your social media channels, writing your website sales copy, inserting photos & essential company information, and writing and publishing your first 7 blog posts. Approximately 3 weeks.

In our final stage, we'll optimize your entire website and blog content for better search results and create Pinterest images for each of your 7 blog posts, as well as set up your email service provider. FAQs
How long will it take to complete this process?
For our Foundation package, our goal will be to complete all deliverables within 8 weeks of your initial discovery call, and for our Foundation Plus package, our goal will be to complete all deliverables within 12-16 weeks. That said, how quickly we work will be largely dependent on your response time. Any delays in providing us with information or decisions may delay your timeline.
What should I be doing while my business is being built?
While our team will be doing the heavy-lifting, it's important that you understand the strategy behind everything that we do so that you are ready to take the reins and begin operating your business as soon as it's built. As such, we recommend that you focus your time on understanding the Customer Superhero Path™ strategy we teach within the ACTIVATE Coaching Program by going through our Level One & Level Two curriculum.
You'll also be expected to meet with your build team once a week for progress updates & input. Generally, these meetings will be short, sweet and to the point!
How hands-on will I be during this process? And how much input will I have on name & design choices?
You'll be hands-on in the sense that we'll be bringing your vision for your business to life. Thus, the more you can share with us during your Discovery Call, the clearer we'll be on what you want for your business. That said, if you're short on ideas, we'll definitely help you fill in the gaps!
During the build process, your hands-on involvement will be limited to our weekly check-ins, but you will have input on the final decisions for your business name & branding, based on our recommendations. Whenever possible, we'll try to give you a few different options to choose from.
What programs and software will I need to learn how to use?
One of the requirements for The EBA Premier program is that you use our recommended tools & software. Your website will be set up on Wordpress with the Kadence theme and our own special ACTIVATE child theme, and we will set up your email service provider on ConvertKit. If you choose the Foundation Plus package, we will set up your opt-in and sales pages on LeadPages, and your shopping cart on Shopify.
We will set these programs up for you, but they will be set up under your name. Once we have them set up, we will show you how to navigate, and you'll also be able to access our tutorials for each program within our What the Tech?! Digital Tutorial Library.
Can I expect any other expenses?
Yes. You'll likely need to pay for your website hosting, your ACTIVATE theme, ConvertKit, LeadPages, and Shopify.
How much support will I get after setup is complete?
Plenty! Joining The EBA Premier program includes one full year of membership in the ACTIVATE coaching program. You'll have access to weekly coaching calls, not to mention our full library of training curriculum.
How long will our weekly meetings be?
Aside from our initial Discovery call, which will likely take between 60 and 90 minutes, your weekly update calls will be short, sweet, and to-the-point--usually between 15 and 30 minutes max.
What if I want more hands-on help in the future?
We're open to future custom packages designed to help you grow your list, develop & deliver your core offer, and build your sales funnels. Contact us for more details.
