If we are being honest, we were asking ourselves many of these questions behind the scenes as well. 

If you have been around for a while, you may have noticed that things were quiet on the EBA front for a minute there. (Trust us, we got some questions about that too!)

Because like you, we felt like we were missing something. Something BIG. 

See back in 2019 we went through a MASSIVE change in our company and started implementing what was called The Customer Superhero Path. If you have been in our orbit for some time, you are likely familiar with this framework we developed. It looked something like this: 

And it was AWESOME. It very quickly led to the MOST profitable years in our company yet. In fact, our profit in 2020 was nearly three times what it was in 2019. It was a crazy turnaround.

Fast forward a couple of years…

The economy slowed down, which was kind of a big deal, but we knew it wasn’t just the economy. Something was clearly off. And Ruth was so nervous because she had just taken this giant risk to start a whole new company, Thinlicious. 

She had put everything on the line and wondered if she had made this giant mistake? She wondered if she had been wrong. And while at first she might have panicked a little, she realized she needed to do what she’s always done, right? 

Dig in and figure out the strategy.

So she did research attended conferences, and she talked to a lot of really successful entrepreneurs. She listened, and then she started experimenting, and she realized that the framework that she had been following and teaching wasn’t totally wrong, but in this new economy and with the changes in the online world that have happened over the last couple of years, it was incomplete. 

The Customer Superhero Path was missing a few key elements. There are things that used to work that are no longer as effective, and there’s a secret key to sustainable success that makes everything work so much better.

And so she mapped out a new framework called The Powerhouse Freedom Path. 

For the past six months, we have been busy implementing this in all of our businesses and we have already seen an unbelievable turnaround as we continue to put the pieces into place. (So if you have been wondering where we’ve been… surprise!)

It might seem a little bit odd that we are already sharing this new framework when it’s still pretty new. But, in over a decade of consistently running multiple 7-figure businesses, Elite Blog Academy has always been the place where Ruth gets to share what’s working for her right now. She goes first and figures it out so that you don’t have to, and honestly, this is too big and too good not to share. It’s truly a game-changer.

Remember when we talked about how it felt like we were missing something big. 

Well, this is it. 

The Powerhouse Freedom Path.

Essentially the Powerhouse Freedom Path shows you exactly what steps to take in order to build a foolproof business and it’s pretty awesome.

And it is called “The Powerhouse Freedom Path” because we’ve realized that in order to be a powerhouse, you have to channel your inner powerhouse in a way that equips your customers to become powerhouses on their own.

In practice, it looks like this: 

Of course, if creating all that feels a little overwhelming, then let’s take a step back and talk about the exact steps that are involved in building out this path in your business.

It’s simple, straightforward, and so powerful.

So let’s take a high-level view of what this looks like. 

Phase Zero | Mission

Everyone should start in Phase Zero whether you are building your business from scratch or a seasoned entrepreneur.

Phase Zero is called Mission and this is where you get to know your dream customer and get clarity on how you’re going to rally people around YOUR message with a movement that actually inspires people and gets them fired up and excited about your brand.

And so this phase is really what needs to happen before you try to do anything else. Because if you’re not clear about your mission, everything else starts to fall apart.

Phase One | Attraction

The goal of the Attraction phase is to draw your people into your mission. And so this phase is really all about how your dream customers will actually find you. How do they become aware of you and your mission and all the ways you can change their life? 

So that’s what happens in phase one, creating ways for your dream customers to find you online. 

Phase Two | Initiation

Phase two is called Initiation, and this is where the real strategy piece comes into play. The goal of this phase is to create some real buy-in for your movement and for your brand. It’s to get all those potential dream customers that are currently just strangers on the internet and are seeing your reel or stumbling across your podcast, to actually take action to become part of your tribe. 

Phase Three | Investment

In Phase Three, your customers become your superfans through purchasing your core offer. Because even though your entry-level product is good, it could even be really good, it doesn’t necessarily give your customers everything they need for the transformation they are seeking, but your core offer is the full package.

Phase Four | Transformation

The goal of Phase Four essentially is to build huge loyalty from your super fans by creating real and lasting transformation. Basically, your product has to actually do what you say it will. This is a really big deal because if your product doesn’t do what you actually say it’s going to do, then your customers are going to leave and seek their transformation somewhere else. And that’s not going to build you a long-term business. 

Phase Five | Ascension

Finally, there’s Phase Five. And for most people, this phase probably won’t happen for a while. In fact, it’s not even a hundred percent necessary. You can easily build a very successful six or seven-figure business without ever setting foot into Phase Four. But the goal for this phase is basically to level up your credibility and your customer’s results, with a high ticket offer. 

And that is our high-level overview of our Powerhouse Freedom Path. 

These are the exact phases we have been taking our own brands through and it has already totally transformed our business. We are growing faster and converting better than we’ve ever seen before. We are adding thousands of people a week to our email list without even advertising. 

We’re seeing sales come in every single day. All of a sudden it feels so easy, where before we were literally beating our head against the wall.
